Where to buy LactiGo in Australia

One place sells it: LactiGo's own Australian store. Here is what it costs, what shipping costs, how the subscription and the guarantee work, and why every link on this site goes to the same checkout.

The short version

LactiGo is sold online only, through the official store at shop.lactigo.com. Since October 2026 the Australian store ships from a Gold Coast warehouse in Australian dollars with no customs. A 100 mL tube is A$80, or A$72 on monthly subscription. Shipping is A$10 for one tube. First-time buyers of a single tube get a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. New Zealand orders go through the same store.

Prices, checked 23 October 2026

• Regular gel, 100 mL: A$80 one-time. A$72 on Subscribe and Save.
• Go Packets, 10 x 10 mL: A$80. One sachet is one application.
• Starter Pack: A$360. Five 100 mL tubes and five Go Packets.
• Pro Pack: A$720. Ten tubes and ten Go Packets.
• Menthol version: not sold in the Australian store. US only.

Prices are set by LactiGo and are the same whichever link you arrive from. A$72 is the standing subscription price, not a launch offer.

Shipping

• A$10 for one tube. A$14.95 to A$26.95 for larger orders, shown at checkout.
• Australia Post from the Gold Coast, Queensland. LactiGo quotes 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• No customs, no international freight, no currency conversion. That is the change from before October 2026, when every order came from the US.
• New Zealand: order through the Australian store. Orders ship from the same warehouse while the NZ store finishes rolling out.

Subscription

Subscribe and Save takes 10% off and ships a tube every month. You manage it yourself in the customer portal: skip a month, change the address, or cancel. There is no minimum term. One tube a month matches the typical use rate for one person applying it to the legs before most sessions.

The guarantee

First-time customers who order one tube have 30 days from purchase to decide. If it is not for you, email support@lactigo.com. No form, no return. You keep the tube. LactiGo refunds the product price; the shipping is not refunded. Orders of two or more tubes, and packs, fall under the normal return policy, which needs the product unused and unopened. So the first order is one tube. Full policy: shop.lactigo.com/en-AU/refund-policy.

Shops and pharmacies

LactiGo is not stocked in Australian pharmacies, supplement shops, or sports stores as of October 2026. It is an online product. If you see it on a shelf, it has come through a practitioner or team account, which is allowed, and the price should match the store.

Stockists and affiliates, including this one

LactiGo sells through independent affiliates. Several Australian sites, this one included, describe themselves as stockists or distributors. All of them link to the same LactiGo store, and the order, the shipping, the refund, and the price are LactiGo's in every case. What differs is the information in front of the link. This site exists to give you plain answers first: what the studies show, what is in it, how to use it. If you buy through a link here I earn a commission; you pay the same either way.

Teams, clinics, and professionals

Coaches, physios, and clubs can apply for LactiGo's practitioner and team programs, which have their own pricing and need an approved application. Details for coaches, physios and allied health, and clubs.
