On the first of each month I recheck LactiGo's Australian prices, shipping, guarantee terms, and Informed Sport listing, and record what I found here. Newest first. If a page on this site disagrees with the latest entry, the entry is right and the page is waiting on a fix: tell me.
Why this page exists: prices and policies are LactiGo's and they change. A dated log is how you know the figures on this site were checked, and when.
- Prices, checked on shop.lactigo.com/en-AU: Regular 100 mL A$80, A$72 on Subscribe and Save. Go Packets 10 x 10 mL A$80. Starter Pack A$360. Pro Pack A$720. Shipping A$10 for one tube. No change since the site launched on 7 October.
- Guarantee: 30 days from purchase, first single-tube order, keep the tube, product price refunded. Checked against LactiGo's AU, US, and global refund pages on 9 October. The site was corrected from "two months" to "30 days" on that date.
- Warehouse: Australian stock ships from the Gold Coast by Australia Post, 2 to 6 business days. New Zealand orders go through the Australian store.
- Informed Sport: LactiGo listed and batch tested at sport.wetestyoutrust.com.
- Site: moved from rxd.com.au to carnosinegelaustralia.com.au on 8 October. Nineteen pages live as of today, including the research, ingredients, how-to, drug testing, where-to-buy, sport, and professional guides, and a 51-question FAQ.
What gets checked each month
- Every product price and the subscription discount on the Australian store.
- Shipping rates and the quoted delivery window.
- The refund policy page, for the guarantee period and conditions.
- The Informed Sport listing.
- Any change to the Australian product range, including whether the Menthol version has arrived.
